The rheumy suggested I try cod liver oil for my inflammation and joint pain.
Does anyone know if this would really be helpful before I go buy some? LOL
I'm a cheapo. Husband is now unemployed (well, not officially but it's a loong story), every penny counts.
Thanks..

> Thanks..I used to have pain in my hip joints, the chiropractor said it was arthritis. Since I started taking fish oil about 95% of the pain has gone away and I've started running again. I'm not sure what type is best for joint pain, maybe fish oil expert Larry H. will throw in a comment. Apparently Omega 3's are natural anti-inflammatories.

Hi Spriggy!
You'd be better off with specified Omega 3 Fish oil, not just Cod liver, unfortunately it is more expensive. To use enough Cod liver oil to be effective, you'd end up with a vitamin A overdose.
Did anyone answer your question about Sodium Lauryl Sulfate?
