I did EPO - Evening Primrose Oil - a while ago and stopped. I recently decided to start again. I noticed a warning on the bottle this time about use with neuroactive meds.
Anybody know why EPO would be contraindicated with these meds?
My particular concern would be with SSRI's. I took it before when I just took Klonopin and didn't seem to have any problems.

Evening primrose can trigger mania in certain susceptable individuals. I wouldn't consider it a problem if you're just unipolar.

I am unipolor depression with a healthy dose of anxiety issues thrown in for good measure. Thankfully, well controlled at present.
I shall proceed and see how it goes.
Thanks again. I am always hoping for you to find a good answer for your struggles.
