hi im on magnesium citrate 400 mg for 7 months
is it dangerous taking it so long?
when i try to stop it my eye condition gets worse
i need some serious advice if its harmfull, i also feel better when taking it

Jeroen don't worry what you are taking is fine. It is non toxic so continue with what you are taking. I'll talked with reliable souces and it's find to take the magnesium as you have been doing. Love Phillipa
