What are some things you like do to relax and unwind the ravels of the day/week? Not with medication or supplements or therapy. Just things you do on your own? I like to scratch my walnuts.

Playing some computer games online with a few friends can help me wind down if I feel anxious. Burn off all that adrenaline fragging some virtual people and imagining they are fools I've met in the course of my day :)
