I am taking iron bisglycinate (25mg) and prescription potassium (10 mg). I have been taking them together with breakfast. I also take 500 mg Vit. C along with them. Is it ok to take these supplements together or should they be separated?

Hiya!
Well I would say that its totally fine to take them together, but I'm not a professional....but, for instance, they have iron and potassium and vit C altogether in multivitamin formulations don't they??
Kind regards
Meri

Actually, vitamin C is good to take with iron, as it increases the absorption of iron.
potassium (i have no clue)
OJ has vitamin C and potassium, how about washing down your supplements with OJ (but NOT grapefruit juice- that can be really bad!)
