Today, I've updated my bipolar regimen:
Morning:
B1(thiamine), B5(pantothenic acid), Vit. C, Acetyl-L-carnitine (250mg) N-acetyl-cysteine (300mg), 1 fish oil capsuleAfternoon:
Vit. C, B1(thiamine), N-acetyl-cysteine (300mg)Night (Bedtime):
vit. B6, vit. B3, vit. E, selenium, magnesium, N-acetyl-cysteine (600mg), 1 fish oil capsule every other night.
Note: N-acetyl-cysteine (NAC) is being tested now by scientists for bipolar disorder. No one knows how effective it is at this time. Also, it may take a few weeks before you experience any benefit from it. Also, there is no established dosage for bipolar disorder at this time.

Just wanted to clarify further. With the fish oil I take, one capsule supplies 180mg EPA: 120mg DHA. Too high a dosage of fish oil could possibly make you feel lethargic, at least that's been my experience, so I would suggest starting off at a low dosage first to see what you can tolerate. Also, with the Vitamin C, I would suggest taking 500mg at any one time to start off. I've often taken 1,000mg at once, but I find my body doesn't need that much all the time. I guess it's different for everybody. Usually, the most I take during the day is 1,500mg, but it could be more for you. Hope this info is helpful.
