I've been taking Deplin (along with 40 mg/day of Celexa that I've been on for 7 years) for about 10 days now and am noticing a lot of shedding after I wash my hair. I don't know if there's any connection between the Deplin and the hair loss, but I'm wondering if anyone else has experienced this. I really like Deplin so far. I sleep better and feel more energetic and upbeat, so I hope it's not the cause of my hair loss. I know that a folic acid deficiency can cause hair loss, but what about too much folate?
