Every now and then I try phosphatidylserine for attention and memory.
It seems to work great for about two weeks.
Then just poops out.
Anyone experience this?
I'm wondering maybe something is getting depleted and I need some other supplement?
Thanks

It may have more to do with compensatory mechanisms that regulate receptor sensitivity. It takes about two weeks for receptor turnover. This is the time it takes for the degradation of one receptor and its replacement by another. I don't think it is a coincidence that it takes two weeks for antidepressants to work.
