I've read that Gerovital H3 reversibly inhibits monoamine oxidase A, and I'm thinking about trying it, but I can't seem to find any reports from people who've actually tried the medication. So, whether your experience was good or bad, if you've tried Gerovital H3, I'd like to know how it affected you. Did it have any antidepressant benefits?

It was many years ago I tried this supplement. All I remember for sure is it made me feel horribly depressed, much worse than I had been, in very rapid fashion. Moclobemide did that to me too. I remember someone else here had the same experience.
Great things have been touted about gerovital on the web for years, but usually from obscure and unduplicated sources. If it was as good as claimed, we would have heard a lot more about it by now.
I hated it.

this message is for bleauberry:
hi bleau. i'm new to this site but have read several of your posts. it appears you have had some success treating yourself for candidiasis. am i correct? if so, i would like to speak with you about it. we can do so via this board or via email, whichever you prefer. i'll provide my email address next message if that's something you're comfortable with.
as background, i have been experimenting with some coffee/garlic enemas for the past four days (along with other aspects of the gerson therapy) and have been feeling rather well.

Bleauberry,
Thank you for your response. It's good to hear from someone who tried Gerovital H3, even though your response was negative.
