hey everybody. Just an update to what's going on with my supplements. I used to take 1-2 caps of green tea extract. However,I figured that since they come in such huge bottle (#300 of 500mgs caps) and they're relatively cheap, I might as well max out the dosage just to see what happens.
Its been awesome! Its been a couple months, and I get a subtle lift from the green tea extract and I have a bit more energy. I think the EGCG in it helps my anxiety at the higher (3 caps 2x daily) dosage. Don't get me wrong, this doesn't solve all my problems, nor has it been a life changing supplement, but I do feel better and I'm calmer, yet more focused.

Are they decaffeinated? If not, I'm sure that caffeine would give you a great boost, though would probably aggravate anxiety.
This is the end of the thread.
