Hey,
who has made good experiences with Lithium Orotate and which brand?
I have a feeling Swanson is worse than Doctors Best..

Hi Lamdage22,
I have tried a number of lithium orotate brands over the years (Serenity, Advanced Orthomolecular Research, Vitacost, Doctor's Best, and Nutrient Carriers Advance Research), but apparently only two of these brands are still available. The AOR lithium was significantly better than the others I've tried. I would say the second runner up for me has been the Nutrient Carriers product which has been consistent and affordable. Thanks, thats the one i would have bought, too.
I contacted my government with a request wether i can order it from USA or not.
