N-acetylglucosamine. It's a supplement that you can buy at health food stores or online. It's used primarily for autoimmune disorders, like colitis, Crohn's, rheumatoid arthritis. Some people have reported that it significantly reduces their anxiety. It's extracted from shellfish, so beware if you have a shellfish allergy.

You're welcome. Another thing NAG is used for is MS. It's a fairly new and very promising supplement.

I figured my response to NAG was placebo. Im not taking it anymore and am equally (un)well.
