Hi all,
I've been battling bouts of extreme fatigue lately. Some of it may be cause or exacerbated by mirtazapine.
However, I'm adding a few supplements to see if I can get some energy. This is really atypical for me. I'm literally feeling exhausted all day.
coq10, b12, niacin, magnesium

Tell me about the way you take CoQ10. And magnesium.
Sublingul B12 helps me noticably. And sublingual Vit D2. I recall vit D has a negative effect?

I am taking co-q10 and magnesium orally and and b12 sublingually.
While these seem to be helping my energy, I seem to have destabilized somewhat.

Thanks, Link. Could your destabilization be CoQ10 related? I found it very energizing in that it interfered with my sleep and increased anxiety, but I am very sensitive to having anxiety invoked.
I'd be further interested in how you treat this.

Yes, I think it was the q10 more than the b12. Interestingly, I stopped about 2 weeks ago, and the fatigue is still gone.
