dmg/magnesium/vitamin B6

I would love to hear from parents of kids with pervasive developmental disorder, nos (whatever that really is - kids with that label can be so different from each other) who have tried dmg, vitamins etc. Did they make any difference? My son has been off zyprexa and anafranil for over a month now and he is more aggressive, more easily over stimulated, but his primary problem right now is anxiety - any feedback? Thanks!

>Hi --
no personal experience with PDD but I ran across this abstract
http://www.harcourt-international.com/journals/plef/previous.cfm?toc=plef.63.1
have a look at Richardson, the 1 st in the TOC I believe.
I have my doubts about the sponsoring entity, the UK Dyslexia Trust [on line too]
from some of their work on dyslexia but the abstract is suggesting something essentially
harmless.
Have you looked at the autism forum at the neurology webforums at MHG? [a google search
should bring it up]. Lots of diverse perspectives and a high level of education.

Good luck,
S.
