I see a family doctor, who gives me Prozac and other drugs to help me cope. Perhaps i need a therapist too.
Trouble is i can't afford one. I'm only a temporary resident in the country that I reside and I'm not entitled to any health benefits.
I just need some unbiased help to sort my life out, I feel so lost......

Some ministers have psych training, and most importantly will listen to you. Give it a try and hope you feel better soon.

The minister idea is a very good one.... you do not need to be particularly religious (many ministers feel that people in need someone to listen and give practical advice without telling them to convert).
Depending on the country you are in, family doctors can have many roles. In some places they are not as overwhelmed by patients as in the US and you might be able to schedule longer appointments so that you would have a chance to talk about coping skills. It would depend on the doctor what they chose to charge for it.
There are also some very good self help books out there that have gotten me through hard times. There are also a million books that are pretty worthless. This forum is a great place to ask for book recommendations: just say what your diagnosis is, tell a little about what led up to getting prozac etc, and people will have some good book ideas.
Depending on the country there are sometimes free clinics -- social workers will have some therapy training and can be helpful.
