i feel lost.
my pdoc is to busy for me....
hate everything..
wellbutrin only helped for 1 month..
seoquel keeps me from si..
but am depressed..
what now?

JYL...you sound so sad and alone. I'm glad you posted, you know you'll get some supportive posts back. I think you should get pushy with your pdoc and tell him/her that you're feeling pretty bad and need help.

Jyl,

Why do you hate everything? Is it getting too overwhelming or is it that nothing is going right?

My shrink doesn't have the time for me either. It sucks when you pay someone to help and they can't do what you need, when you need it.

You could always try what I did last week. He didn't have time for me so I left a meesage on his machine. The message can only be two minutes long. I left four messages in a row to say what I needed. If nothing else, I probably entertain him at times.
