I have been on Remeron for two days. About an hour and a half after I take it I begin having very restless sleep with tossing and turning. It feels just like the symptoms I have when I take Nyquil. It seems like my body has the opposite effect than what I should have. I eventually go to sleep but I feel sort of groggy, disoriented and dizzythroughout the day. My doctor said that if I am sleepy through the day then I should go from 30mg to 45 and if it continues the next day I should move up to 60 mg. What do you think?
