Did you try taking you fiance to her psychiatrist? Did you call her psychiatrist for advice? I'm not sure if it is safe to take meds during the last trimester of pregnancy. You should ask her doctor.
By the way you mentioned she was about to ruin the relationship. It's not her, its the disorder. I'm guessing when she is medicated she is normal. You have to understand that her paranoia is at the extreme level because of the disorder. I hope you are able to stick it out through the rest of the pregnancy.

I have bipolar disorder and have 2 children- one is less than 2 years old. I also had to go off AEDs while pregnant but if I was psychotic (and only her pdoc can tell you if she is) the older APs like haldol were safe during pregnancy. I assume this is your child and you want both mother and baby safe- that means you have to get involved with her psych care- maybe couple counseling, that type of thing. I have 2 healthy children, and I know your S.O. will get through this also. My prayers go out to your whole family-judy
