Hi Dinah! How are you? Thank you for asking :o) I am around, I´ve been checking and reading a bit..
Things have been so intense in therapy..talking about things for the first time, trying to take my therapist to those moments and feeling it all again..and dealing with the fact that I chose bad timing to open up, because she´s leaving for 5 weeks or even more..She´s coming back in february and I am terrified.
I have an appt today, and one more next friday and that´s it :o(
I am finding it really hard to function...sorry I haven´t been posting...but I am around.. :o)Lots of support to you and thank you..

I think it's wonderful that you have been able to open up with your therapist! That's taken so much courage for you, I know. You've done so much hard work since I last spoke with you!
But eeeeek! February? I need to stop complaining about the two? weeks my therapist is taking for Christmas (but I won't). Does she have a backup during that time? What sort of support system do you have in place.
