I'm now T'less

Posted by littleone on June 21, 2005, at 21:28:38

He hurt me. Badly. So I left him. Cancelled all my sessions.

I just don't have the heart to look for a new T. But I don't know how to fix up me and my life without one.

Yesterday was a bad bad day. But I've managed to chop it all off today. Mostly. It still leaks in if I'm not careful.

Do you feel up to talking about it?

I'm really sorry he hurt you. How long have you been with him?

Oh, littleone, it sounds so painful. I'm sorry for your hurt. I hope we can help by listening. If not, know that we can offer hugs and support.

Take good care of yourself,
Daisy

Littleone
I can feel your pain. I've run out of my sessions saying I'm never coming back. But then I realize I can't put closure to it unless I talk about it. But if he hurt you.....I don't blame you for how you reacted. In the mean time, we are here for you. Do you feel like sharing with us what happened? It might help to get it out and talk about it with us.
Gentle Hugs

((littlone))

Is it a relationship worth fighting for? Is there a sense of yourself lost by leaving therapy?

What would be best for you: to stop the work you've been doing in therapy, or go on with it? Honestly.

Ah, littleone. I do feel for you. So much.

I'm checking in to see how things are. You've dropped out of sight...I know you were feeling really sad. I hope you've found some comfort and things have gotten at least a little easier. We're here if you want to talk about it.

I'm here. I'm just finding it very difficult to talk at the moment. But I am back with my T.

I'm glad you were able to work things out with your therapist.

Sounds like a really difficult time. I'm glad you are back with him. I found that after a particularly bad session when I was hurt, it led to significant progress. I hope you find something good coming out of the pain.
