two days to see my t.

and i just want to cry
because she has been there
and because she has been there
i have been unable
have to be half somewhere else
half in some place where i'm not even wanted

and over again

do you ever feel like that, zen? like you can only be half present because you are half somewhere else? in the past or in another place or with another person?

i feel like i spend quite a lot of my life like that.

when i'm in therapy i'm half in the past
or i'm half with another therapist or whatever
and when i leave therapy and am having coffee with friends i'm still half in therapy

and it seems to be how i live my life
never really in the present moment
always half somewhere else

is it to give me an escape route do ya think?
