I need self injury links

Posted by jammerlich on March 4, 2006, at 19:33:41

I'm thinking about telling a trusted friend that I have this problem, but I want to give her some links so she can understand more about it. I'm not sure how good I'll be at explaining. The telling itself is hard enough on its own.

I'd like something that's presented in a sensitive way. I'm scared she'll read something that makes this thing I do look manipulative or something that will tell her I must have BPD.

Any suggestions?

the one sleepygirl gave you is the best one I've found in lots of surfing.

good luck and take care of yourself afterwards. it's very brave of you, and good for you to talk about it. i have never been able to, but wish i could.
