Just forgive, cuz you can't forget.
Accept what you cannot change.
Change that which you can.
Be easy on your self.
Love yourself if you can.
Thats all I can think of.
Funny thing, I have memory loss and wish I could remember cuz I just don't understand so much of what goes on in myself.....
