I am having trouble with myself and i know my problems.
1. Dont socialize with good converse, say stuff very fast to get it over with.
2. Stay Distant.
3. Feel i am not, here, knowing what im doing.
Can my inner ego change this?

If you're keen on an answer I can give you one, FWIW: No.
But you can do a couple of things. Accept yourself as best you can, and look after yourself as well as you can. If the whole social world gives you the sh*ts, then that's how it is with you. You are going to be with yourself for a long time (hopefully!)so you have time to get to know yourself and time to look after yourself.
Matt, my experience with drugs of any sort (I think) is that the less you take the better. Some drugs, the more you take the more you need.
