Sorry I'm late, but I just wanted to let you know that it was so wonderful to see your name again. I'm just real sorry to hear about why you were posting.
I'm so glad you have been doing well and not needing babble. I happened along some of your old posts and they often seemed so calm and insightful and centred. Like you were a long way along in your therapy journey.
I've often wondered if you ended up finishing therapy, or if you're still cutting down and heading towards the end.
You were a big help to me in the past. Just wanted to let you know that.
