Does anybody else think their transference/love for therapist is damaging to their marriage? I'm just realizing that when my pdoc is away, my relationship with husband improves. pdoc knows my feelings, we talk all the time but never act on them. Starting to feel like it's damagaing

Actually, maybe it is helping your relationship. If when u are away from the therapist, your relationship with your husband improves, it is perhaps that you are re-transferring back your emotions to where they belong in a more healthy way. This is what transference and therapy is really all about. By the time you are done and terminate, your relationship with your husband should improve even further. Just a thought.
