my keyworker just got back from conference. she did some workshop on acceptance and committment therapy. she said she really enjoyed it and wants to do more workshops on it.

she was full of... pithy little sayings. full of suggestions and reccommendations for things i should try... without listening particularly to what i was saying about what was actually going on.

yay.

i suppose things will revert more back to normal in time.

sigh.
