YOu are here. Obviously you want help or you'd shut yourself away and find some way to end your life since you know so many ways to do it.
Just let your guard down and let someone help you. Stop being so damned unwilling to accept help. It isn't weak to ask for it and there are so many who would willingly give it. Open your heart man! Look around! Nobody wants you to die except YOU.

I'm sorry you feel this way. It sounds very painful, and I hope you find relief soon. I also hope you find relief in life, rather than the alternative.

The people who are most hurt by suicide are those left behind. Living takes courage. Please be courageous. Why don't you explain why you are feeling so much pain and just want to not be alive? I am neither callous nor uncaring, but this absurd. Why put statements such as this one out here in cyberland if you don't want thoughtful, caring responses. I am sure that you've had enough acerbic retorts in your own head to your original posted statement to keep you going for a while. Can you give a little more background info on yourself? It might help people help you better. Have you tried meds? Have you been through a lot of trauma? What do you feel is the source of your depression? I'm not a psychologist, but knowing the answers to these questions might make our responses more substantial. Good wishes to you.
