There is a site that has a number of tests one can take in various categories. These could be of interest to someone for self-help, or just for grins.
The URL is www.queendom.com and I think you can do a \tests to get right to the tests. You can also get free e-mail there.
Categories for tests include: personality, brains and other smarts, relationships, general knowledge, health, career, and mini-tests. I believe all tests are scored online, and some can take a while to complete (thus the mini-tests). When you go to a test it will tell you about how long it will take to do it.
You also get an analysis of your results online in real time.
For professionals (or anyone), psychometric properties of some of the tests are available, and professionals can register with the site. They also provide info on how to cite the tests, etc.
There are a total of 211 tests, discussion boards, chat rooms, a newsletter, webpsych club membership available, health encyclopedia available, book recommendations, etc.
A fun and interesting place to explore (or not).

http://www.here2listen.com/public/selfhelp/index.html
It's a self-help program for overeating. I haven't tried it out yet but it seems like a good idea.
This is the end of the thread.
