and I'm sick of eating pills (capsules.) Dreamer do you ever wonder if they are helping? How do you shut off the dreams and are you able to tell the dreams from the real thing?

Sometimes they work well and I feel thankful that I'm on em.
Dreaming....wow is a bit difficult to seperate real from slumber.
Lately though I'm not dreaming much getting other side effects instead...weird but life has become pretty dreamy , unreal , filtered.
Very hard to get motivated just want to lie down and drift.
Have you ever had a break from efexor and did you go back on because of withdrawal or return of anxiety....for me it doesn't deal with depression or maybe it's the fatigue that causes depression can't add anything stimulating my ticker is already on overdrive. Doc said go to ER if you get chest pains - great only treat when at deaths door , same with drugs can only add stabilizer if I'm dangerously manic for the paperwork, has to fit in to dx thing the fact that I'm the caberet a mad clown entertaining there dull day losing control then regretting my actions blah blah.What was wrong with piccy;-)just messed round in photoshop is it bit disturbing?
Started a new friendship with real outside world person , not sure where it will go. My bits constantly xploding that wasn't normal made my legs ache with the constant tensing up almost had orgasm on train not that I'd feel much -it's ceased now , I'm emotionally temporary numb , or normal.
Kazoo- ? maybe gone in hospital .Oh aint I the rambler today
