Yes, I'm nursing- went off meds and I'm doing the herbal/vitamin thing which only works when I'm a little hypo. I have a big bottle of depakote that I labeled "INSTANT DEPRESSION" if I soar too high and all these contracts in place and no credit cards ;-(. Hope you're doing great!- Judy

Am waay into nursing again--as a granny! So I was wondering what you were doing for meds. I don't spose the omega 3 would help? I did the trial--and flunked. But some people don't--I think pdoc said maybe 15%. . .What herbs? What contracts? Is this your first child?
Nosey, aren't I.

Did that come out ZO-Zo? I'll have to look- so you're awake too, so's Angel Girl. I forgot what you wrote, wait a minute- oh the nursing. You're nursing as a granny- how great is that:-) I imagine it would be technically possible since they've had wet nurses forever. I am doing Omega and B6 and magnesium and some other vitamin complexes and if I get too crazed I do take xanax and use some of the frozen milk I have (which is probably more than you want to know). I have contracts with the therapist: no trips alone- where I just take off and run up huge bills on my AmEx because that's the only credit card that hasn't hit it's limit, so instead of Figi it's the aquarium, etc. I have contracts with my husband- he took my credit cards except the one's I hid and my passport and calls and tattles on me to my pdoc whom I'm supposed to listen to and take depakote at the first sign of hypomania- so I tend to avoid the pdoc a lot although I wrote a long e-mail tonight and wish I hadn't. This is my second child, I have a son who turned 11 so there's a big gap between them but that's because of the m/c's and IVFs I've been through. So he's a huge help despite having a flake as a Mom. Hope you are doing really well- you sound good-take care- Judy

You're kidding about the nursing granny. . .(right?)
You sound really good--like you have lots of support.
