Memo
To: Lab or a tory Drs
From: Dr. M. Mouse Director
RE: AvailabilityIt may have come to your attention that I have not been present during my usual office hours. I have been preoccupied in a number of purr suits, one, trying to figure out how to use new technology with four paws, turn over in personnel, communicating with overseas correspondants, evaluating new tests, using myself as a Guinee Pig, even tho I am a mouse and last but not certainly least, walking in the woods. I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused any of you. I do check in for messages and do come by at odd hours to chat with the janitors and sneak peeks at the works in progress.
Due to the future research requirements and the weather, my presence may continue to be irratic, but since I direct this lab...ne ner ne ner ne ner
M.M.
Ps. Any questions regarding your expense account reimbursements should be directed to the personnel department.

Your absence has been a great loss to the medical profession but due to your mitigating circumstances we will lay down our breast pocket pens and disgard all leaking nibs in respect of your genius research
I know it isn't always easy, and I know doctors are not perfect. I want you to be open to feedback if I mess things up also please try to accept my radical decisions and to trust that I'm doing my best to be professional and to do what I think will be good for doctor's community as a whole, I'd really appreciate it. Thanks.
Dr.Eamer with many letters after name.

I understand, sweet dr. mouse. but you are much missed. i'm sure pax would agree.
kat needs to keep her mouth shut but is told by pdoc and family and friends and even silly tarot reader that she needs to open it more. so 'tis a dilemma.
but holds mouse dear to her heart always, regardless.
hope moods are at least rather stable for you...

Mighty Mouse a.k.a Susan C., as well as a ray of light in a dark world, or someone known to respond to a long aimless rambles, sometimes responds to the world with beautiful works of art. Occasionally known to submit tidbits of streaming prosaic observations on life. Has been seen hovering around groups of lost souls, sometimes helping to direct strays and cast-offs.
Possessing an eclectic sense of humor, albeit somewhat twisted with odd references to shrubbery and Knights who make strange sounds when provoked.
One who is greatly, sorely, terribly, painfully and genuinely missed. Please come back to us little mouse. This place needs your glow.PAX

Taking the piss out of him again and again! I AM enjoying it! Although I know Bobdear is just trying his hardest...
In any case, Dr. Mouse, eh hem:
The lab reports you have NOT been showing up for duty the past few days. What is going on? We will certainly have to put a letter in your personnel file to this effect. Also, the report I requested has not been submitted. It was supposed to be finished days ago. If it is not on my desk by 5:00 today, I will have to take drastic measures...
Your task-mistress,
Wendy
PS: No I haven't turned into a nasty bit of work, just using some of the phrases my ex-boss used to use on me. Shitty, isn't it?PPS: So what is going on, you little hiding mouse? We would love some news. Are you a chat denizen?

I know, I love him too, now not so secretly... He tries very hard to do what's right, but for some reason, I don't like the cut and paste... Maybe it's better this way, easier for him, generic for us.Dr KK is still reading, I am sure (she answered a post with an e-mail, I know she's about...). But if I must be the next victim, I submit with relish (no catsup, hold the onions, a little mayo - on the side).
Use me as you will...
