Ooooh, sid! How come you're feeling so crappy physically? I don't recall you feeling this bad before, or this much trouble with sleep. Did your meds change? Or did this just flare up worse? Or have I been out in left field & missed your symptoms (side-effects) before?
Lots & lots of sympathy for you but not much advice except a bit on bruxism. Try this, if you feel like it.
When you get in bed, lie face up & wiggle your head back & forth in your pillow till you find that just-so position where your head can rest comfortably - no strain on neck or jaw. Then imagine that you're doing a 'Homer Simpson' type drool - you know, your mouth hanging slack, pretending you're drooling over do-nuts. Just imagine your jaw's unhinged & let it hang slack. Don't force it, just let it go limp. Then slowly, still relaxed, almost close it.
It takes practice & you have to keep mentally checking to make sure it's still slack, but I found it stopped my jaw clenching. Probably won't work for everyone but still worth a shot.

IsoM, thanks for your concern.
Actually, the sleep is usually OK - for the past month anyway, since I changed the time I take my meds (eves rather than morning). I think I had too much coffee yesterday.
As for the rest, yes, I experience a bit of it all, sometimes bad, sometimes not so bad. But overall, it's fine. The sleep problems were the worse, and I'm OK now...
I just felt like being funny last night until I felt sleepy. The bruxism is the worse - I have it DAY and night ! And it'll be worse with the braces, I was told. Oh well. With time though, I must say, I look older. People used to think I was 26-27 (I'm 34), but now they think I'm between 30-35. It's fine, except it's a big change, suddenly. I wonder if the meds have something to do with it. My skin is drier and definitely more wrinkled. Again: oh well.
Don't worry, it's not so bad. I just thought it was funny to write about all of it.
Take care -
