Hey, anyone want to hear about my GI complaints? I went dairy-free, to see if it would reduce the tummy bloat problem that's been plaguing me for about 2 years. It seems to be helping a lot. I was only drinking about 1-2 cups of milk a day in my lattes, plus occasional cottage cheese. My tummy has gone from looking 7 months pregnant to almost flat again. I feel frisky as a colt. In a couch-potato sort of way.

It's all a plot that your cat's worked out so she can have all the milk. Silly kitty. If you can't drink milk, does she really think you're still going to buy it?
Have you ever tried Lact-Aid that helps you digest the lactose (milk sugar) that causes the problems for most people? I'd die if I couldn't have hot, sweet, milky tea. It's my only consistent dietary sin.

I'm already hurting from lack of my daily Starbucks iced latte. They have soy milk, but it's a yucky vanilla-flavored kind. At home I'm using rice milk, which I like much better than soy milk. Maybe taking the lactaid stuff would let me have my starbucks again.
I have to say, if sweet tea with milk is your worst dietary indiscretion, then you are in pretty good shape.
