God blessed me with my OCD. It helps me by reminding me of all that I have done and left undone. I hope it reminded me in time.

Chuckle. Sorry, Noa. Ruth is what I call my OCD. It's hard to be scared of intrusive thoughts and images when they're named Ruth.

I had missed a deadline, a small one but an important one. She reminded me this morning and I did what I could to take care of it, but I think I'm still in the soup.
The OCD tells me a lot of things that are incorrect, but a few things that are correct - enough so that I need to listen. Now if I could just remember what she said wednesday morning....
