oh, oh you will be sorry for that word.

yes i meant to make a new thread.

you see... you can't just walk into the hospital and say, 'hello, i'm crazy please give me a bed to sleep in...' you need assessment... and on friday i felt like i was inassess-able..... HA, lots of laughs... now its monday again, and I can't eat and I'm sure I wont be able to sleep, and my head is throbbing, and I'll wake up and feel distorted... and they haven't said yes, and they haven't thought of saying yes, and they don't know what you're talking about.

The days are too long, too heavy; my bones are crushing under the weight of these days.

and what would that word be?

Hi sphinx,
I thought that "they" had already assessed you and "they" recommened hospitalization. you sound much better, although i know well about the "can't eat, can't sleep" phase. You didn't say if you are on meds---are you? And correct me if i'm wrong but some hospitals will take you if you walk up and say,"i'm crazy." I worked at a hospital for 13 years and I've seen alot of crazy things. If you think you can make it on your own----then more power to you sis.
laterness,
Bobby

I'm sorry you had trouble finding the help you reached out for. I hadn't realized it was so difficult. Could you try with them again?

Yes, I'm sorry it feels so bad, too. And that you haven't been able to get the help you need.

Do you have someone who can help advocate for you to get the help you need?
