...but i actually experienced it! i phoned the crisis line only last night and i got a message machine saying that there was no one available for me. that was harsh, man. who else am i gonna call at 2am? i was too weepy and distraught to post or i would have done so.

Oh my God! That is horrible. I can't even believe that! Did it say that someone would be with you in a while, or just that there simply is no one?
