So I go to the doctor for a physical, long story short I have asthma and there are weird lumps in my Thyroid, so doctor says I have to quit smoking. He gives me Wellbutrin to do so, for the last two nights I thought I was going to die in my sleep. I get light headed, I don't feel all there, and I get depressed and cry and think I am going to die. No exageration, I had to convince myself the last two nights that if I was going to die, there was nothing I could do about it and it took me about two hours to fall asleep and then I had woken up every few hours anyway. I still have a hot chest and tightness in the chest are after not taking it this morning and last night, but I NEED to know, are these things from Wellbutrin? (I called the doctor and he said to stop and come in on Moday so I did but I am still worried.) They have to be, but noone else has ever said that they have the same side effects, I really hate this and am kinda scared, any suggestions?

I'm sorry you're feeling unwell. I hope that someone on the medication board can help you with this. It's been a while since I took Wellbutrin, and my main recollection is feeling itchy, crawly, agitated, and anxious.
