You can make it, jyl! Have a cup of tea or coffee and put your feet up. You've been cleaning the house all day - no wonder you're wound up! Take a couple of deep breaths. Do you meditate at all? Perhaps that would bring you some peace.
I used to get a "nervous stomach" when my ex would come home from a long trip away. (This was when we were still happy.) And I would work it up into a migraine in no time. Not exactly the homecoming I envisioned. He'd come home and I'd be laying there holding my head.

How about a soaking bath, or a hot shower? Washing my hair always makes me feel better.

Ouch. Sigh.
You *belong* where you're loved and valued for who you are. Like here on Babble.
Wish I could let him see you through our eyes.

Note I corrected my posting name!! I know, I thought we could all go together and have a camp fire and roast marshmallows and get devoured my black flies or mosquitoes or what other flying critters they have this time of year.
