The 80's were great w/ him in office he will be missed, and not forgotten.

Thank you. I grew up with him (not literally) -- I was 13 when he was elected and it sparked my interest in politics. And even though I am super-liberal now, I still loved him as president....

His is the first *public figure death* that actually made me sad....

And I want a relationship like he and Nancy had. Daggit, I'm envious.

I think he was like the oldest president we had. My mom says he was very sharp minded during that time and its sad what happened to such a good mind (alzheimers) after that.

I too am sad. He seemed like a very likeable person. I hate that he suffered with Alzheimers. I know it must have been horrible for his loved ones to witness as well. God Bless all.
