ever since i started taking ad's 6 years ago, my sex drive has decreased. what can i take or do to increase it/make it better? i'm taking celexa and wellbutrin, 2 of the meds with supposedly the least amount of sexual side effects.

Could the Celexa be causing some sedation that's just not making nooky all that appealing to you right now? Or maybe the drugs aren't quite getting you past the depression, so you're not interested? (Those questions are just ruling out some of the other things that could be causing it. One more question on the last one, though: some people get MORE interested in sex in a mild depression, so if you're one of them, that probably would rule out the second question...)
Hmmm.... I know some doctors are suggesting Viagra and the other drugs given men for Erectile Disfunction, you might talk to your pdoc about something like that? Or some drugs block some of the receptors that the drugs hit, so taking one of those when you *want* to be open to the idea might help. (Although, that's more for anorgasmia, which is a different problem -- on Paxil, I was ready, willing -- and unable... {{sigh}} Good thing I had a creative boyfriend at the time, huh?)
That is a drag, KK, hope it gets better.
