I posted here a couple of days ago wondering whether I was manic or just agitated- I've seen my doc 2x since and it seems like a mild mania, which is still with me. I'm taking diazepam until the end of the week just to take the edge off, and if it doesn't resolve I'll be switching to a mood stabiliser.

But thanks for the support and having people to talk to- especially ones who tolerated my rambling and gerbil-like mind.
