Has anyone else noticed the absence of a certain incendiary poster since the return of Dr. Bob? Any theories as to why?

Just wondering if this person did what they wanted to do in stirring up a hornet's nest and then vamoosed (sp?). Also wondering as to what their original intent was - they never did say, and I asked many times outright. They didn't get blocked that I saw, though I miss lots of details due to my acuity lately!
And the posting name... it's just made me wonder. Was this whole thing on purpose? Some sad joke or an exercise?
I am prone to paranoia and I'm definitely on a manic swing, so I had to wonder aloud and see what y'all think.
OMG I'm turnin' Texan!!

I posted something to that effect a few days ago. Although I don't *know* this is the case, I have a suspicion that this person's intent was to mess with us. And did you ever notice that when I got him with logic, he stopped talking to me. For instance, he said he was offended by the word 'fricken' because it stood for something else. I pointed out he had posted something using **** to substitue for a offensive word. He tried to say that I didn't know that stood for an offensive word. But then I asked him why he would substitute **** if it wasn't an offensive word and he never responded back.
I believe he never intended to have a real conversation with us. And I hope by not using names, that will keep me from getting a PBC for saying all that.

Yes, TexasChic, ** did represent a word a bad word. But, the word fricken doesn't mean that bad word. Fricken means fricken while kicking back licking on some down home cooked fried chicken, but I am not gonna be picking.--Cus, I am gonna back to my chicken. Okay! Ole Timer Rhymer is be pulled off line.

Actually, till day before yesterday, we were having quite a pleasant conversation about scientific research over on psych. Politely disagreeing.
Took a while to get there.......
Thanks to all participents.

Thanks, Bob, for your forebearance, after a difficult time.
It may not be easy to apply this here exactly as written, but hey!, I like it anyway.
THE SENILITY PRAYER
Grant me the senility to forget the people I never liked anyway, the good fortune to run into the ones I do, and the eyesight to tell the difference.

I like this prayer. I may copy it and put it over my desk.
Very funny....
