Go to Google and do a search for your name and see what comes up, then post it here!
My alter-egos are an author, Director of Sales for a media company, a military lieutenant, a research scientist, and a bathroom designer. Interesting!

I appear to be one of a kind.
But my husband shares a name with a psychologist who gave cocaine to pigeons for his dissertation research. Apparently this guy now does some type of work related to gifted children. Once when my husband bought a computer from his univ. bookstore, they apparently sent it to this other guy. Took a while to straighten that one out.
Interesting thread.

I'm thanked in a friend's Master's thesis. :)
I was also heavily involved in student government as an undergrad, so my name comes up in old minutes a lot.
I wrote a really scathing review of an old textbook of mine on Amazon.com, as well until a professor asked me to change it. The old review comes up on the Canadian site google cache, sometimes. (Even though I'm in the US.)
Also, I have a pretty bitter HS alumni website biography that comes up.
Never underestimate the power of the pen/keyboard....ghost

I came up as a:
Medical Director Dr.
Author
Classmate who passed away
a senior majoring in Conflict Resolution
musicianOne time I did this with some relatives names and came up with a family tree from the funeral home where several of my family members are buried. It has names that I didn't even know about. I guess different family members provided the info at one time or another. Every time I brought up a name, I could click on it and bring up their parents names, childrens names, and so on. It was actually pretty cool!

"I" once played in a Hamlet play using my birth certificate name (Nicola.. when my dad went to register me as Nikki, the registrar assured him my mother meant Nicola *l* So my birth cert. says Nicola!)
Other than that, all hits for my real name just show me!! My profile on a lizard forum, and then just connected to my service user work!!

Wow! I am way too public! So many connections for me, the real me. I must say I have been really outspoken in my life but the web has a way of making it much too available.
thanks for the heads up.
