New and Tired of suffering(Dont know what to do

Posted by fallingstar on August 14, 2004, at 22:04:28

Hi,
I have OCD and Depression. Usually I am somewhat depressed on a daily basis along with horrible anxiety and worry. Around my period I get horrible mood swings, but even though I have mentioned this over the years to my doctors I have not been treated for it. I get so bad that I just cry and cry and wish I were dead. I never plan to hurt myself, but it is an awful feeling that the world is worthless and so am I. My husband is of no help, and he is not being responsible for taking care of issues with custody and financial problems regarding his ex wife. I have a lot of other health problems and am awaiting a disability hearing. I am in counseling and am on Celexa and Buspar, but I was wondering if there were any natural alternatives for severe mood changes around ones period. Anyways, Thanks for any advice and good luck to everyone.

Hi, oh my it sounds like you are dealing with a lot. Your question is better addressed on the Alternative babble site. Ask Larry Hoover, he's quite good. You might get some answers there. Good luck.
