use crushed nuts for the crust it will be a low carb cheese cake if you skip the sugar and use splenda or equal...I THINK the cream cheese has a receipe....

I just saw such a recipe in this week's People magazine (with Lindsay Lohan on the cover). It was in a Philadelphia cream cheese ad-- maybe try their website? It's called New York Cherry Cheesecake. I'm too lazy to type it all in...

that is *so* funny that you mention that. i was thinking that making cheesecakes would be a good idea for christmas gifts, since ppl love them and they're inexpensive to make.to search for one, just do a google search for "cheesecake recipe" or even just "cheesecake" maybe. :)
