I hope I am not the only one who wishes to persue legal avenues against Wyeth. I would like to get information about how this class action suit is moving foward, and what kind of settlement we victims can expect. If anyone knows of attornies in the New Hampshire area that would be willing to take on Wyeth, et al., then I would like to know. I want to persue this as an individual, but I know the strength there is in numbers. Anyone who wishes to join me in pursuing this, and you live in the New Hampshire area, then please contact me through this thread. Let's see what we can do!!

I am on Effexor. I have heard of nothing pertaining to law suits. What is this all about if you don't mind me asking?

There is a law firm in Oklahoma that is persuing a class action law suit against Wyeth. I have put my name on the list, but that was at least a month or more ago. I have not heard anything since. If you type Effexor Class Action Law Suit into Google, you'll get the web site where there is more information.
Good Luck!
Jack
