Welcome! I'm fairly new myself; I've only been here about a month or so. To go to other boards, click on the board that you want from the list of boards near the top of the page (the list starts with Psycho-Babble). Scrolling down takes you to threads that other people have posted. Anyway, you'll figure it out. Everyone is quite supportive and you should not feel bashful about saying what you are thinking when starting a thread or supportively answering one.

Hey. Glad to see you found your way over to social :-)
It takes a bit to get the hang of the layout...
The new subject headers get added to the bottom.
But responses get tagged on to the bottom of the responses to that thread. That means that you kinda do need to scroll the whole board to see all the new responses.
If you use the same computer then the 'new' indicators work pretty well to notify you which posts are new after a while.
