I got my meds adjusted last night and I'm definitely calmer than I was yesterday, but I've still got a lot of noise in my head. I so desperately want to feel better; why can't it happen faster?

I know how frustrating a new med can be - all we want is relief! My body is a slow learner; it seems to take me a bit longer to find out if something is working well for me or not.
(I'm feeling better, myself.)

i just took ativan, and still, ugh i hate that little "gentle" mild feeling it does, makes me mad! then i feel bad!
i think i am going to go passout.
