Can everyone send positive vibrations my way?

Posted by Dinah on May 31, 2005, at 19:30:03

Hopefully they'll dislodge the latest kidney stone before I have to get on a plane Friday. That could be seriously uncomfy.

Goodness! That sounds very uncomfortable! Vibrations emanating in your direction now... I hope they marmalize that kidney stone!

Mine's down to the bladder, so no excrutiating back pain at the moment.

Just discomfort enlivened by occasional pain.

Much better than before. But it still will make travel inconvenient.

The darn thing seems happy there and wishes to take up permanent residence.

(I never did take any of the pain pills. They didn't diagnose it till the worst of the pain was over, dagnabbit.)

Do you get them often?

Thanks, guys. I'm doing my part too.

Posted by Dinah on May 31, 2005, at 21:58:06

Drinking all the fluids I've been resisting drinking because they make me sick. Blech.

(((((Dinah)))))

Wow!!! Sad to hear that one... Please don't be to mopey, though... If they can use ultrusound, would be the least pain, friends have told me so.....

I do hope you have a great time in Chi-City... Go to the top of Sears Tower... Wotta View!!! Also, the basement of the Hancock Building over on Michigan Avenue, has a splendid 'Cheesecake Factory'... Think of the smile on my face as you eat your cheescake, knowing I wish I were there... The Hancock Building also has an observation level near its 95th floor; terrific view of Lake Michigan...

I'm anxiously waiting for your report on the weekend events...

just tell that kidney stone that you're really looking forward to your trip and it MUST take that long and lonely hike down your urethra (or whatever).

sending you positive vibes and a sledge hammer.

Although my day didn't get significantly better. I embarassed my poor son by throwing major temper tantrums at a bank and at my office over the same matter. Poor little guy. I remember how I hated it when my mother did that. At least I apologized to him. And he admitted I embarassed him! Quite a step forward for him. (Trying to see the best side of it.)

Now I have to find out if I still have a job. (So why am I not more upset about that prospect? I'm already considering places who know me and might want me to work for them.) I should know more tomorrow.

I hate picayune rules and bureaucratic nonsense!

Snort! Begs the question...what are you doing here???? ;)

Glad to hear of the success of our vibrations. And glad we did not get into a harmonic resonance and destroy the world! :) We Babblers can be pretty powerful.
